Elissa Chazdon is the owner of
Relationship Works – Creative Communication Solutions for Families in Albuquerque, New Mexico. She works locally and nationally, in person and over Zoom.

Elissa offers a sincere and authentic approach with her clients to  provide unique tools and thoughtful inspiration that empowers them in creating a life they love.

With over 13 years of teaching countless groups and providing  thousands of individual, couples’ and family sessions, her passion  comes through in her mission to help her clients feel better,  emotionally, mentally, physically and even spiritually.

She has worked with an array of private clients, schools and churches as welI as those those referred by schools, family lawyers, judges, CYFD (New Mexico Children, Youth & Families Department) and other agencies. She seeks to improve the lives and relationships of her clients by teaching communication skills and helping them  increase their effectiveness and resilience at personal, familial and
workplace levels.

Elissa is attending NCU to get her MSW, holds a BS in Biology from UNM, has extensive coaching training as well as attending ongoing social work CEUs and is a Member of the Association for Conflict and NAEYC.
